Greene teas are the hardest to choose from due to the many varities, so do some research and have fun learning about teas.Another benefit is that one tea bag placed on moderate or strong saves money in that it makes two good cups of tea instead of just one cup.My only qualm is that I wish it could dispense one cup at a time and leave the second cup to stay warm for the next cup, but I still give it a 5 star rating. The process is enjoyable and entertaining.Not all teas are of the same quality, if you are picky learn about all the different type of tea and experiment. I love it and when this one breaks, I will replace it with a new one.Enjoy,Ponchan I give this product 4 stars, I enjoy it so much, I can experiment with different teas making up my own special tea. If I know the tea is strong, I can adjust it to mild brewing, if it is a weak light tea, I adjust to strong brewing.

I haven't experienced any negatives so far. I now own 2 units, one for work and one for home. I had no idea the green tea I was making was so bad until I purchased the Zarafina tea maker. Excellent cup of tea.
